About this tool
Clean up email lists, phone numbers, keywords, product codes or any list pasted from a spreadsheet. Duplicate lines are removed instantly, keeping the first copy of each, with options to ignore upper/lower case, trim stray spaces, drop empty lines and sort the result.
How to use it
- Paste your list with one item per line.
- Choose the options you need, such as ignoring case or sorting A → Z.
- Copy the cleaned list from the result box.
Good to know
- The first occurrence of each line is kept, in the original order unless you choose to sort.
- Sorting is natural, so “item 2” comes before “item 10”.
- Everything runs in your browser — your list is never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Can it ignore capital letters?
Yes. Untick “Case-sensitive” and lines such as “Apple” and “apple” are treated as the same.
How many lines can it handle?
Tens of thousands of lines are processed instantly; the only limit is your device's memory.
